Year 5 · Year 6
A play-led wellbeing curriculum that meets older primary students where they are.
Year 5 and 6 students are caught in a particular tension, old enough to find things embarrassing, young enough that the right lesson can still genuinely move them. This curriculum is designed for that window: activities worth their time, reflection that doesn't feel childish, and a weekly structure they'll come to rely on. Watch the welcome video first. Two minutes that'll change how you introduce this to the class on day one.
Each week holds four activities. Use one per day, or run them all in a single session, whatever fits your week.
The Overview video sets up everyone, you and the students, for the week ahead.
Play · Written · Exercise · Gratitude. Five minutes minimum, twenty maximum.
Use the one-click bundle download. Filed, folded, ready for the whole week.
A short, warm orientation written for whoever's reading, the teacher running it, the family supporting it, and the student living it. Print, share, or read on any device.
Run the rhythm with confidence. Practical setup, weekly delivery, and ways to make it land in your classroom.
What this looks like at home. Conversation starters, simple extensions, and how to support the school program at home.
A welcome from us, in your words. What play is, why it matters, and how the week works.
Every game in this curriculum is mapped to recognised standards across Australia, the IB, England, the US (CASEL) and Aotearoa New Zealand.
