Highly engaging. High energy. High impact.
Next Generation Student Leadership is designed for the next wave of emerging leaders ready to build confidence, strengthen trust and unlock their leadership potential.
Built upon the Trust Lab Framework from Wolf Logic Leadership, this immersive experience combines dedicated individual leadership development, team leadership capacity building, awesome team-building experiences and practical leadership tools that students can immediately apply within their schools and wider communities.
This isn't leadership theory. This is leadership in action — designed to inspire students to step up, lean in and create meaningful impact long after the session ends.
Next Generation Leadership is age-appropriate in language, examples and facilitation challenge — designed to meet students exactly where they are.
Every Next Gen workshop is built around The Trust Lab Framework — five concrete pillars that give you, and your principal, a clear answer to “what did they get?”
Students learn to stay calm and composed when leading peers — responding rather than reacting, leading from steadiness not stress.
The courage to try new things, take creative risks and lead with energy. Students leave with ideas, not just permission to have them.
How to make every person in a room feel included, valued and seen. The foundation of any leader who people actually want to follow.
Getting a group moving in the same direction. Students practise facilitation, public speaking and real peer-to-peer leadership.
Every student walks out with a written leadership plan they own — clear next steps, real targets, ready to use back at school from day one.
“What will they build?”
They built the five foundations of The Trust Lab — and they walked out with a plan to use them.
A year-long independent study tracked the impact of our play-based programs across primary and secondary schools. Third-party analysis. No editorial influence. These are the validated outcomes.
This is why we cost more than the alternative. The alternative doesn't have this data.
Every Next Gen workshop is shaped around your students. Here are the most common starting points — pick the one that fits and we'll design from there.
We build the confidence, voice and belonging skills your graduating cohort needs to lead their final year — and hand over a play toolkit they use every week.
Confidence to stand up in front of peers · A play facilitation toolkit · A term plan they own
We build a shared identity and connection for cohorts navigating the jump to secondary — early belonging so the year starts strong.
Peer connection skills · Belonging and empathy · Confidence to lead younger students
A high-energy, non-threatening entry point for middle years students. Builds buy-in, breaks down cliques and creates a culture of contribution.
Emotional regulation · Creative confidence · Peer accountability and team trust
Deep Trust Lab framework for your school captains and elected leaders. Full day format allows for real facilitation practice and written action planning.

We'll recommend the right day and scope it together.
Every session follows the same arc — discovery, practice, planning. Students leave with skills and a plan they own.
Self-awareness, leadership styles, owning their story, confidence, empathy and a sense of belonging. All through the power of play, not death by PowerPoint.
Learn through doing. Immersive, hands-on learning activities where students put into practice the lessons being taught. Mistakes welcomed, comfort zones stretched, leadership growth at its finest.
Dedicated Action Planning time so teams can look to nail their leadership portfolios with confidence.
“I never thought I could stand up in front of the school. After this, I actually wanted to.”
— Year 9 student leader, Victoria
Every Next Gen workshop follows the same arc, designed by educators who know what makes student leadership stick.
High-energy ice-breakers that reset the social dynamic. Hierarchies softened, voices heard.
The Trust Lab Framework from Wolf Logic Leadership, explained, demonstrated and embodied. Building trust, confidence and a shared leadership language.
Hands-on, immersive play-based activities designed to reinforce learning and boost engagement. Every student participates, every student leads.
Student Leadership teams create their plan of attack to impact the desired outcomes in their portfolios. They walk out ready to lead.
Student voices and teacher feedback from Next Gen workshops across schools in Australia, Bangkok and beyond.
“I used to be terrified of speaking in front of people. After Next Gen I ran a whole-school assembly. I never thought I could do that.”
“The games we learned are now what we play at lunch. The whole year level is calmer because of it.”
“The cohort that came out of Next Gen runs our peer-mentoring program. It is genuinely the most transformative day of leadership PD we run all year.”

Real answers, real humans.
No bots, no run-arounds.
Both. We run separate Primary (Grade 5–6) and Secondary (7–12) tracks. Each is age-appropriate in language, examples, stakes and level of facilitation challenge.
Half day or full day, depending on your goals. Half day is great for an intensive intro, full day allows time for facilitation practice with real groups.
Always at your school. We bring everything, equipment, materials, energy. You provide a space and the leadership cohort.
We work best with 12–30 student leaders per session. Smaller groups get deeper coaching, larger groups need more facilitator time.
Next Gen is a powerful workshop, perfect as an intro, a culture moment or a one-off investment. Student Agency Leadership is a year-long program with ongoing coaching. Many schools start with Next Gen, then graduate into Student Agency the following year.
They build the five foundations of The Trust Lab: (1) Emotional regulation — staying composed under pressure; (2) Creative confidence — the courage to try new things; (3) Belonging skills — making every person in a room feel included; (4) Peer leadership — getting a group moving together; (5) A personal action plan they walk out with and use. Every student also facilitates a real play session in front of their peers before the day ends.
Starting from $4,000. The final investment depends on format (half day or full day), group size and location. Book a free discovery call and we'll scope it together and send a proposal within one business day.
Half day or full day, scoped to your school context — group size, year level and location all shape the final investment.
“They'll build five things: emotional regulation, creative confidence, belonging skills, peer leadership, and a personal action plan they take back to school and use from day one. By the end, every student will have stood up and led a session in front of their peers.”
