Login isn't working, what to try

Six things to try, in order, before emailing us. Most logins resolve at step 2 or 3.

If clicking Log in does nothing or you see an error, work through these in order. Most issues clear by step 3.

  1. Hard refresh. Cmd+Shift+R (Mac) or Ctrl+Shift+R (Windows). Clears cached JavaScript that may be stale.
  2. Check your email is correct. Use the same email you signed up with, even small typos won't match.
  3. Use the password reset. On /login, tap *Forgot password?*, we send a reset link to your inbox.
  4. Try an incognito/private window. Browser extensions occasionally block our login script.
  5. Check your spam folder for the reset email.
  6. Try a different browser, Chrome, Safari, Firefox.
