Overview
Week Five continues to strengthen children’s creativity, self-awareness, physical confidence, and gratitude through playful, imaginative activities. The week begins with the Biggest Stretch Challenge, where students explore how their bodies move through fun stretches that encourage flexibility, mindfulness, and creativity. They then shift into self-reflection with I Am Awesome, a joyful drawing activity that helps children recognise their unique strengths and share what makes them special, boosting confidence and positive self-expression in a supportive environment.
The week then brings imagination and movement together through the Alice in Wonderland Movement Adventure, an energetic, story-driven fitness experience that encourages children to hop, stretch, balance, and transform into different characters. Students finish the week with Gratitude Cloud, a collaborative art activity where they express appreciation for something meaningful and add it to a shared classroom “sky.” Together, these activities nurture emotional awareness, teamwork, confidence, and physical development. Week Five helps students connect with themselves and others while building a classroom culture filled with creativity, kindness, and joyful movement.
