The story

K-12. One language.

SAS came for a leadership program. They left with a whole-school wellbeing language that every teacher, from Prep to Year 12, now shares.

Year 1

Leadership focus

Executive team workshop followed by a Next Gen student leadership program for 80 senior students. The brief: give our leaders a common language.

Year 2

Whole-school rollout

PEGG curriculum adopted K-12. Daily ritual running in every homeroom by the end of Term 2. Teachers report the biggest shift in classroom energy in a decade.

Year 3

Family integration

Family PEGG sessions added to the parent-engagement calendar. Three events in Term 1 attracted 300+ families. Now a standing fixture.

Today

A model school

SAS now hosts visiting principals from across Southeast Asia. Three of their staff have become certified School of Play facilitators.

The frameworks translate. The energy is universal.
