A successful school rollout is less about technology and more about culture. Here's a four-week sequence that hundreds of schools have used to get play embedded, not just attempted.
Week 1: Leadership kickoff
Principal or wellbeing lead completes the Welcome video on the dashboard.
Invite all staff via Settings → School → Invite staff.
Book a 20-minute staff briefing, not a training, a preview, show one lesson live.
Share the Standards mapping so coordinators can see how it fits the curriculum.
Week 2: First lessons in classrooms
Each teacher picks one lesson from their year level and runs it. Doesn't have to be perfect.
Encourage staff to tap Mark as taught immediately after.
Start a shared doc or Staff Room post collecting first impressions.
Week 3: Build the daily ritual
Use Zone 2, Today's pick, as the default every morning. 5 minutes, same time, every day.
Hold a 15-minute share-back at staff meeting, what worked, what flopped, what surprised you.
Share the Send Home Today game to families, it's in Zone 2 on the dashboard.
Week 4: Go whole-school
Run a school-wide play moment, whole school outside, same game, same time.
Post a win in the Staff Room, tag your school.
