How weekly bundles work

Each week has a rhythm. Here's how to teach one in five days.

A weekly bundle is built around the 5 Superpowers of Play, Connection, Curiosity, Movement, Gratitude and Controller (the metacognitive layer). Each weekday focuses on one strand.

A week's flow

  1. Monday, Connection. A 5-minute opening game. Sets the tone for the week.
  2. Tuesday, Curiosity. A wonder prompt or thinking-routine activity.
  3. Wednesday, Movement. Get the bodies going. Often outdoor.
  4. Thursday, Gratitude. Reflect, notice, name it.
  5. Friday, Controller. Choose-your-own-adventure or student-led replay.

You don't have to do all five. Even one a week changes a class. We've had teachers run just Monday + Friday and report transformation.
