Billing: invoices, school POs, refunds and plan changes

Everything you need to know about how we charge, how to get a tax invoice, and what to do if something looks wrong.

Self-serve plans (Family + Academy)

Family Membership and The Academy are charged by Stripe, our payment processor. You'll receive an automatic receipt after each payment to the email on your account. Log in and visit /account to see your full billing history and download past invoices.

School purchase orders

School subscriptions are invoiced. Email hello@theschoolofplay.co with: your school name, the plan you want (year level or whole-school bundle), and your purchase order number if you have one. We'll send a tax invoice by return. Payment is by bank transfer; details are on the invoice.

Getting a tax invoice

  • Self-serve plans, receipts are emailed automatically. To download a formal tax invoice, log in → Account → BillingDownload invoice.
  • School packages, invoices are sent manually by the team. Reply to your original invoice email if you need a copy.

Refunds

We offer a 14-day no-questions refund for Family and Academy plans purchased directly. Email support@theschoolofplay.co within 14 days of your payment and we'll process it within 2 business days.
